We are looking for Site Warden

Location: Cardiff

We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible Site Warden to join our team. As a Site Warden, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our railway site, maintaining a safe work environment, and responding to emergencies as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and regulations on the railway site.
• Ensure the security of the site, including the prevention of unauthorized access.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, accidents, or incidents on the railway site.
• Keep accurate records of site activities, incidents, and safety checks.
• Provide basic first aid and assistance in case of injuries or medical emergencies.
• Maintain communication with the site management team and report any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a security or safety-related role is preferred.
• Basic first aid training and certification.
• Knowledge of railway safety regulations and procedures is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
