Mane are recruiting for a Sub Agent based in Peterborough for an on going contract. As a Sub Agent you will be part of a major rail upgrade project
Roles and Responsibilities
-Review risk assessments and method statements are produced for safe execution of the works and assist engineers develop correct methodology
-Set the requirements for health and safety and stop any unsafe work conditions
-Review drawings and specifications and understand all construction requirements.
-Raise technical TQs and RFI for to clarify details or gain additional required information in sufficient providing solutions
-Review 3 week programme to ensure in line with the project programme and organise resources necessary to meet the plan.
-Monitor four weekly programme against project plan. Put in place mitigation or acceleration if required.
-Communicate with Sub Contractor Supervisors and Works Managers to ensure full understanding of upcoming works
-Ensure the correct resources are on site to carry out works as detailed in the programme
-Review daily diaries ensuring they cover the required information
-Detailed understanding of the project contract, raising and management of change
-Review Inspection and test plans ensuring they are in place in advance of works commencing
-Review and submit quality assurance packs and feed in to the H&S file.
-Lead team of up to 6 direct reports assisting their all-round development.
