You will be joining one of the leading, regional, civil engineering and construction contractors with a track record stretching back fifty years; their annual turnover of circa £150m has earnt them a place in the UK Top 20. As part of a renowned brand name, you will be given the opportunity to grow in conjunction with this ambitious and forward-thinking business.}

_{The Project and the Role
You will be aiding the reconstruction of a reinforced concrete, rail-over-road bridge so a strong background in bridge construction and RC works is a must! You will be expected to manage site performance and support the safe delivery of the project in accordance with company policy, procedures and work instructions, ensuring all documentation is prepared, communicated and understood by those on site.}

_{The Ideal Candidate
This role requires someone to step in and take responsibility, so a natural born leader would do well. Ideally, you will have bucket loads of civils experience and enthusiasm to share amongst the teams. Your ability to develop positive working relationships with your team, coupled with experience in supporting Project Management teams will have aided in the successful delivery of contracts on time, budget and to the desired quality. The project will move at a fast pace, so you’ll have to get stuck in with the team and keep them motivated!}
