Role

You will be leading the construction team within the area of responsibility and will be responsible for all aspects of the work, including compliance with legal, company and project requirements. Managing subcontractors and ensuring appropriate checks of competency are carried out.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintain a detailed knowledge of subcontractor's scopes of work
• Ensure all required temporary work documents are produced and approved
• Ensure all required document outputs and records ad correctly uploaded to Themis
• Liase with client, designer and third-party representatives as required

Essential requirements:

• CSCS Management Card
• Civil / Heavy Civil experience
• Sub Agent experience
