Sub Agent

Location – Suffolk

Rate – Competitive

Duration – 6 months rolling contract

My client is a Tier 1 contractor based in Suffolk, who is currently looking for a Sub Agent who can deputise for the Site Manager, run the site engineering team and take direct responsibility for sections of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Proven technical
• Organisational skills
• Knowledge of the requirements and implementation of CDM Regulations
• Ability to produce Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets, and safe systems of work
• Knowledge of Safety, Quality and Environmental issues
• Experience in Nuclear and Heavy civils project.

• Management of Site Management Plan.
• Build, develop, support and maintain the engineering team.
• Be aware of responsibilities from the HSEQ policies.

Requirements:

• Must have SMSTS and CSCS
• Experience as a Sub agent on Nuclear or heavy civils project
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Able to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge and understanding of construction management
• Business Awareness
• Effective use of Initiative
• Able to work under pressure
• Proactive
• ‘Can do’ Attitude
• Assertive
