Location: Bedford
Rate: £350/day Umbrella
Duration: 4 months

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join a rail project in Bedford. As the Site Engineer, you will be responsible for setting out and surveying duties across an earthworks package on a station project.

Responsibilities:

• Provide site-based support and engineering supervision to works.
• Undertake all setting out of permanent boundaries and as built monitoring of works.
• Setting GKD on plant / machines.
• Production and monitoring of safety paperwork including ITP's, WPP's, RAMs and check sheets.
• Working closely with the Construction Manager to ensure timely delivery of works.

As Site Engineer, will have:

• Previous experience working on civil project for Network Rail
• A minimum of 3 years setting out experience.
• BEng / HNC / HND Civil Engineering
• Valid PTS and CSCS card
