THE COMPANY
One of the biggest Rail contractors in the UK are looking to expand their project team by way of a Site Engineer for a rail project based in Durham. Be it landmark station refurbishments, platform extensions, signalling bases, depot remodelling or bridge reconstructions, this contractor has a fantastic track record of delivering Rail projects time and time again.

THE ROLE
You will be responsible for the setting out and dimensional control of works, take-offs, monitoring of works and maintaining a daily record of progress, activities, changes, and events. In addition to those duties, you will be expected to identify and report any changes encountered, prepare material reconciliations, maintain drawings/documents to ensure that works are carried out to the latest revisions, prepare, and maintain quality records required by ITPs and produce as-built drawings and records.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
To be selected for this exciting position you will have an HNC, HND or a Degree in Civil Engineering and a proven background as a site engineer ideally on rail projects in the UK.
