Your Responsibilities
Pre-construction information:Safe Work, WPP etc.
Request / produce Safe Systems of Work
Site access arrangements - i.e. submit requests
Maintain client’s database, ensuring that all data is updated regularly to show progress of works.
Raise reqs for sub-contract services, plant, materials and labour as required.
Site visits with sub-contractors and suppliers as required
Collate documents, liaising with the Design Manager during the process.
Collate design documentation in readiness for submission following review and acceptance by the Design Manager.
Desirable Skills
Rail Industry experience PTS / COSS (essential)
Strong background in civil engineering project work
Safe System of Work Planner (desirable)
Strong IT skills (MS Word, Outlook, Excel)
Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
Confident, self-motivated and proactive
The ability to work well in a team responding quickly to support colleagues
Preferred qualifications:
SSSTS / SMSTS (desirable), SSOWP, COSS
Good level of education – GCSE English & Maths or Higher Education qualification
