We are currently looking for an Attribution Manager for a position based in London Waterloo for a well known infrastructure company. If successful, you will take lead and direct section TRUST Delay Attributers in the capture of delay minutes. Deliver consistent delay attribution in real time for the route, monitoring all trains operated capturing reasons for delay in accordance with the business process manual and the relevant train performance schemes.
As an Attribution Manager you would be providing overall direction with regard to the application of the delay attribution guide, providing support and guidance to relevant managers across the route and lead in the capture of train delays in line with KPI reporting. You would assist with the development of data capture contingency plans and monitor the introduction in the event of TRUST failure.
As a successful candidate you will have experience of business process manual and commercial environment, with experience of managing people. Ideally you would be A1 qualified with detailed skills in negotiation, investigation and crisis management.
