Attribution Manager

Location: Glasgow

Rate: £300 per day – Inscope of IR35

Term: 6 months contract, initially

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Attribution Manager who has a wealth of experience within this role in the Rail Industry, to join their growing team in Glasgow.

Essential:

• Knowledge of Rail people management policies and procedures
• Detailed understanding of business process manual and commercial environment
• Investigation, Negotiation and Crisis Management skills

The Role:

• Ability to be a leader of a diverse team, and to manage performance and development
• Provide overall direction with delay attribution guides and support
• Apply consistent standards throughout the route for all delay attribution and TRUST incident creations
• Lead the capture of train delays in line with KPI reporting
• Undertake briefing of staff on process changes
• Provide technical support to the Customer Service team on TRUST / TRUST D.A.
• Assist with development of data capture contingency plans and monitor the introduction in the event of TRUST failure
• Assist with real time support to the route control during disruption
