Attribution Manager

INSIDE IR35

Location: Cardiff (office based 5 days per week)

Duration - 6 months initially

Shift Pattern - Monday - Friday (office hours)

Rate - Discussed upon application

An Attribution Manager is required to join the client on a contract basis. You will be responsible for the development and management of a team of attributers as well as new starters. You will be required to monitor data quality and performance and perform liaison activities between the attribution and measurement teams.

You must have a background in delay attribution and it is essential that you have previous knowledge of their legacy system - Trust, Tops, TDA Train Delay Attributer CFF - Control Centre Future.

An ideal manager will have the ability to lead a group, instil a can-do attitude and team ethos, and give feedback to team members.
