The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity within our Rail/Construction business for a Bid Manager.

Job Summary

The role involves leading bid teams to deliver the highest quality bids for a range of clients and contract arrangements

Job Requirements

We are looking for someone who wants to develop their career as part of a successful team making a direct contribution to the ongoing success of the business.

The successful candidate will be joining the existing high performing team who maintain a record of securing high profile projects, from our Head Office in Doncaster, South Yorkshire.

You will have experience of working as a Bid Manager in rail and / or civil engineering sectors.

You will have an analytical approach, good communication and ICT skills together with the ability to work under pressure to fixed deadlines.

A full driving licence is required for the role, together with the ability to be flexible as there will be the requirement to visit sites and clients.
