Working for a global leader in public transport infrastructure working on high profile infrastructure projects such as Crossrail and HS2
To be suitable for the position you must have;
-Experience Managing packages related to designing infrastructure securing statutory consents, prepare consent documents, working with Local Authorities, statutory bodies and other transport authorities.
-Experience of obtaining consents required to deliver planning, environmental and highway related consents
Although not essential it would also be advantageous if you have;
-Membership to The Royal Town Planning Institute Member (RTPI)
-Environmental Chartership
-Any Experience with Schedule 17
Role Information;
-Responsible for securing statutory consents, prepare consent documents, working with Local Authorities, statutory bodies and other transport authorities
-Developing and maintaining the project consents register and all required consents are applied for in accordance with the project programme.
-Managing and coordinating the application, negotiation and implementation of all necessary consents
Provide technical guidance to discipline teams
-Develop innovative solutions to consent problems
-Responsible for mentoring and development of staff
-Responsible for the allocation of work to designers including utilisation
-Collaborate with international technical design teams in the delivery of consents.
