Do you have a career built in heavy civils and groundworks? Do you put health and safety at the forefront of all your site actions? Have you had experience as a contractor, managing projects in excess of £50m? Then Fawkes and Reece may have just the role for you.
We are currently working with a tier 1 contractor to find a Construction Manager in the Peterborough area to take on the challenge of a range of works, varying from: complete building and platform demo, track widening, step free access, building footbridges and all other associated works.
Your responsibilities would be, but are not limited to:
- Report directly to the project manager and deliver brilliant communication to the highly successful project delivery team
- Be responsible for overseeing all construction works on site
- Lead site management teams
- Train and develop junior/graduate staff on site
- Ensure compliance of the highest levels across a number of disciplines
You'd work from the site office and be regularly required to work on a variety of sites, on different shift patterns.
ICI/PTS AC/DCCR certification is mandatory to access site, please state clearly on your CV that you have this. You will also need to hold an in-date SMSTS cert and First Aid qualification.
