The client office is in Belfast - (3 days per week in NI/Relocation support available)
What’s in it for you?
£65,000 - £80,000 salary.

The role
You’ll help improve & protect the NI rail infrastructure for future generations. You’ll be involved in a £40M+ transport interchange project along with track renewals.
You will provide independent Technical and Professional expertise to the Professional Head of Design and Engineering Compliance, to ensure compliance with all contractual and Company Standards.
You’ll lead the initiatives to manage compliance to Network Rail Standards and the competency of the staff working for the Project/s.
You’ll provide a formal link to Network Rail/Translink to allow Technical and Engineering issues to be discussed and disseminated. You will provide direction and assistance in the mentoring and instruction of all technical staff in the correct methods of carrying out their duties.
You will also Assist the Professional Head of Design and Engineering Compliance in delivering compliance with all relevant safety legislation

- In-depth knowledge of Permanent Way and Network Rail Group and Line Standards.
- Excellent knowledge of Rules & Regulations, H.A.S.A.W and other appropriate regulations.
- Experience in working in the operational railway environment.
- In-depth knowledge of all aspects of track renewals disciplines.
- Experience in the operation and requirements of railway technical IT systems.
