Are you experienced in the management of physical assets on infrastructure projects?

Do you have experience implementing asset management strategies and work winning with infrastructure clients?

A fantastic organisation that supports and empowers their staff's development is looking to hire a Senior Asset Manager to support their major infrastructure clients both in the UK and internationally. You will be working in their Digital Asset Management team.

Within their portfolio, rail, highways, and major infrastructure projects are their focus, working with clients such as Network Rail, HS2, TFL, etc.

You could be based out of a number of their offices, with the expectation to attend your most local office 2-3 days in the office per week.

This is a Technical Director level role, this will not be a line management role to begin with.

Salary: £70,000 to £90,000 plus double matched pension (up to 5% employee, 10% employer)
Location options: Cardiff, Birmingham, Manchester, London etc. 2-3 days per week in the office/client's office, remainder from home. Occasional travel to client office which will be expensed.

Essential:

• Prior experience working with physical assets as a part of infrastructure projects such as rail, highways, water etc.
• ISO55000 knowledge.
• Prior experience implementing asset management strategies with infrastructure clients.
• Asset management experience relevant to operations and maintenance, focusing on the monitoring of existing/legacy assets.
• A positive, friendly attitude, someone who works well in teams, and independently.
• Experience in bid preparation, bid submission, and work winning.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
