To manage real time disruption to train movements to minimise the impact felt by the customer and remediate efficiently and effectively in achieving normal train running at the earliest opportunity. To act as the single point of contact for the business during times of serious disruption.

Our client operates in Direct Rail services that cover the length if Britain delivering rail transport and associated services that meet the stringent safety and security demands of the nuclear industry. Our client delivers safe, secure, and reliable nuclear Rail Freight.
