Are you looking for a PERMANENT position? I'm looking for an E&P Project Manager to join my client, a specialist rail, track, and electrical subcontractor.
I'm looking for a permanent E&P Site Manager / Construction Manager, who is looking to progress to Project Manager to join my client, a specialist rail, track, and electrical subcontractor. This position is going to be split between working in Kent and traveling around London to visit sites. The ideal person will have a proven background and be available on short notice to interview and start.
Scope of work will include: electrification, third rail, HV, ACDC, rail and electrical track work.
You will be required to update the program, manage cost control with variations and ensure all work is completed to the program.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Working alongside the Project Management team.
- Setting up and managing the construction plans
- Ensuring the project is set to be on time and within budget
- Managing your own team of Agents and Engineers
- Liaising with the client
- Weekly and monthly planning and forecasting
Candidate requirements:
- Degree qualifies in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience working with fire systems and security
- Have previous experience as a Project Manager
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- A valid CSCS card
