My client is a leading British Construction & Engineering company with over 6,000 employees that are looking for an Engineering Manager with Depot experience to support on a project they are expecting to be awarded.

The successful applicant will provide technical leadership for the business, their design package partners, and work with the client to deliver on the Depot project with career development opportunities to grow and take a more senior role in the business later on.

Location: London – hybrid (3-4 days a week in the office and the rest from home)

Package:

• Salary: £80,000 to £90,000
• Car allowance: £5,500
• Bonus: up to 15% yearly bonus
• Pension: up to 6% matched

Required:

• Prior experience in CEM role
• Experience working on rail depot projects
• Rail systems experience such as track, control systems, signalling, comms systems etc. would be beneficial
• Main-contractor design & build experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate with key stakeholders and suppliers
• Right to work in UK
• CEng status preferred

Additional Information:

This will be a two-stage interview process, with both stages face to face. The first stage will be a technical competency-based interview.
