Estimator / Bid manager in West Midlands, United Kingdom
Our client is a major rail electrification contractor delivering works for clients around the country. Workload continues to grow and they have identified the need to bring in a senior individual to supplement their estimating and tendering team. The successful applicant will contribute to estimating works and pricing of tenders across the business. The role will also encompass a significant amount of client facing activity including presenting and contribution to business development.
To apply for this role you must meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrable experience in a senior estimating role
- Expert level subject matter knowledge ideally in rail electrification
- Applicants with a background in other rail disciplines and the DNO industry are also welcome
- Extensive Bid Management / Tendering experience
- Strong contractual awareness
- Natural leadership and influencing skills
- Full eligible to work in the UK
