Coordinator required for compliance checks for facilities, environmental, health, safety and legislative standards and customer service duties.

ESSENTIAL

• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Customer Service/front house/ help desk/service management experience
• Property experience would be advantageous
• MS office and Sharepoint
• Excellent financial and commercial skills
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Excellent customer service skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reception duties
• Compliance checks
• Customer Service
• Carry out compliance checks for environmental, health, safety and legislative standards and service levels
• Assist with planning and managing maintenance works
• Act as a point of contact for our customers
