As a Framework Manager you will be responsible for the management of multiple rail related infrastructure contracts to requisite performance criteria, ensuring KPI’s are met in line with client expectations.

Working in the North West & Central on a 5-year framework contract for clients Network Rail, projects will include a wide variety of maintenance design and build schemes including drainage and general civils disciplines. You will be based from our delivery depot in South Yorkshire but will be required to travel to our North West and Ferryhill depots on a regular basis.

To be successful in the role you will maintain and develop client relationships on the basis of mutual trust and high standards of contract performance, develop and promote existing and new work opportunities. You must lead and implement professional safety behaviour and culture throughout the business, promoting positive change in everyday activities in your area of influence.

Experience in railway civil engineering works, and the ability to demonstrate experience in a Framework Management capacity will be essential to meet the demands of this multi-disciplinary contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of civils construction management on a variety of projects, which is essential to fulfil the role
