We are currently recruiting for an experienced Industrial Cleaning Manager for an award-winning client in unique standalone projects across the UK.

Our client is looking for a skilled and experienced Industrial Cleaning Manger with a wealth of experience in a Power Station and Heavy Engineering environment.

Our client is flexible on location as they have multiple sites across Northern regions.

Industrial Cleaning experience is ESSENTIAL along with experience managing teams / sites in this capacity. You will be required to train, mentor, and motivate the industrial cleaning teams across multiple sites.

The Role as an Industrial Cleaning Manager

• Carry out site Health and Safety checks, risk assessments, method statements and permits to work.
• Daily planning and organising of equipment required for the site
• Conducting Quality checks ensuring all jobs in progress are to the site standards and are fully complaint.
• Building relationships, working with different business areas and writing documents to various niche requirements.
• You will need strong organisational and motivational skills.
