Interim Procurement Manager in Manchester, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom
Our client is a major engineering infrastructure development body delivering a wide ranging and highly ambitions cope of works across the north. With workload continuing to ramp up going into 2022 we are looking to add a highly capable and experienced procurement manager to the existing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for management a high value and complex procurement process within the public sector. The role will initially be remote working but as Covid rules relax we will require you to be in the office 1-2 weeks.
To apply for this role you must meet the following criteria:
- Established and experienced senior procurement professional
- Experience working on complex and high value public sector schemes
- MCPIS and relevant qualifications
- Applicants must be available to start work in early February
- Applicants will be able to work remotely but will be required to attend offices in Manchester or Leeds 1-2 days a week once covid restrictions are lifted
