Our client is a well established building services contractor, with a portfolio of projects across London.

One of the sites is a luxury care home renovation in West London, encompassing full building services for high end rooms and also medical facilities.

The incumbent site manager is increasingly y tied up with extensive QA and reporting processes and as such we need to bring in a second site manager to run the site from a boots on the ground perspective.

Applicants for this role must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Time served site manager with extensive experience
• M&E specialist with a mechanical bias
• Skilled in all elements of running sites including documentation, reporting and the ordering of materials and labour
• Authoritative and able to lead and motivate large teams of operatives
• Will have served on the tools
• SMSTS
• Available at short notice
• Based in West London, or happy to be at own expense
• Fully eligible to work in the UK
