Migration Installation Manager

A well known international Turnkey and Engineering company is looking for a Migration Installation Manager with experience in managing and coordinating the assembly of rail and/or tramway systems (Communications, Energy, Traffic, Catenary, etc.) for their incorporation in a PPP project of an LRT project in Jerusalem.

Education
Engineer or Bachelor specialized in telecommunication, energy, or mechanical discipline.

Experience
Minimum experience required of 7 years in assembly and installation of railway systems

Skills
* Technical knowledge and experience in railway systems.
* Experience in railway projects.
* Team management leadership, teamwork, communication, etc.
* Proactivity and dynamism.
* Negotiation skills.
* Customer orientation.
* High level of English required knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Function's description
* Coordination and preparation of daily/weekly/monthly installation work plans with contractors.
* Lead installation coordination meetings: to plan the works and their sequence to assure that there is no interference between the works of the different subsystems to be installed in track line and to coordinate the works with the civil works contractor.
* Writing reports derived from the installation activities of the different subsystems in the depots.
* Monitoring and Control of the progress of the works vs. Planning: Measurement of the progress of the works, generation of KPIS, monitoring reports and implementation of action plans to avoid deviations.
* Coordination and management of the subcontractors responsible for the installation of the railway subsystems.
* Coordination and management of supervision teams (Supervisors) and T&C teams.
* Coordination with the Technical Office (Engineering) the resolution of technical situations that need to be resolved in the installation phase, preparation of technical modification reports.
