Mobilisation / Transition Manager, also interested in Project Managers

£50,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus package dependant on experience

Working for one of the UK's largest national construction & facilities company & working closely with the bid, project & tender team to ensure smooth implementation of services to clients & customers in Rail, Education, Government, Retail, Health & Social Housing & more.

To be suitable for the position you must have;
- Over 3 years experience in mobilisation & facilities management within a relevant sector
- Over 3 TFM projects under your belt with in the UK (will need to provide examples)
- Worked in contract side of facilities management
- Membership to (BIFM) io (IWFM)
- Experience with microsoft project

Although not essential it would also be advantageous if you have;
- A degree in a relevant subject

Role Information;
The role of the Transition Manager is to ensure the successful transition of newly awarded FM projects. This will be achieved through working closely with the Bid Team at tender stage, leading the mobilisation phase, seamlessly handing over the project to the Project lead and supporting the Project team during the transition through to steady state. The point of continuity for mobilisation and service transition management across all newly awarded projects.
Generally reporting into the Operations Director responsible for the project, a key function is to work with the Senior Team and peers in driving continuous improvement into new operations.
