We are searching for a process-oriented, tenacious, and self-motivated Administration & Office Manager to take charge of project administration teams and oversee the day-to-day running of all out clients offices. As the Administration & Office Manager, you will be responsible for making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine!
Here are some of the fun tasks you can expect to handle:
Develop and organize general administration processes and ensure they are efficient and uniform across the business.
Manage the administration team and coordinate their workflow while liaising with department managers to deliver effective administration support to meet their needs. The team is currently split across offices in Leeds, Sheffield, Wigan & Colchester.
Manage the day-to-day running of the offices, making sure that everything from equipment to stationery, printing to catering, and sundries to waste removal is taken care of.
Make sure the office facilities and services are effectively organized, including cleaning, maintenance, lighting, heating, and office equipment.
Manage the administration and office budget, making sure that spend is closely monitored and accurately recorded, within budget, and provides good value for money.
Organize planned preventative maintenance programs for the Office Buildings and coordinate external office maintenance suppliers to undertake repairs and routine periodic testing and facilities inspections of buildings.
Maintain and organize the electronic filing system and manage archiving.
Support other teams with ad-hoc administrative tasks including preparing and editing documents, reports, and letters, producing brochures, presentations, and hand back documents, document control and distribution, etc.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has recent and relevant experience in Office and Administration Management, strong attention to detail, excellent PC skills, and extensive experience in the complete Microsoft Office suite. You should also be comfortable with delegating and managing a team to ensure maximum efficiency.
