Through acquisition they have increased their presence in the M&E arena delivering various schemes to London Underground, DLR and the Overground. This Preconstruction Managers role will suit a dab hand at coordinating the production of winning M&E tenders particularly for the likes of London Underground. You’ll use your exceptional organisation and communication skills to bring the team together and deliver the results. THE ROLE

Day to day the Preconstruction Manager will be responsible for meeting customers to understand the scope of the requirement, agree the internal bid team and kick of the tender process. You’ll review tender documentation, defining the bid strategy and then issuing the operations/commercial/temporary works, specialist third party the necessary briefs incorporating estimator and planner requirements. In addition, you will make sure the risk and opportunity schedule is in place as well as reviewing the quality submission. This is a fast paced and demanding role-are you up for the challenge?

THE REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this Preconstruction Manager job you will need preconstruction experience from an M&E environment dealing with clients such as Network Rail and London Underground supported by relevant qualifications

THE SALARY

• £65-70k depending on experience + Pension 5% + Healthcare + 25 days holiday + BH
