Location: Central London (3 days per week), remainder from home.
Salary: £60,000 to £90,000 per annum, depending on position.

Your Responsibilities:
- Strategic Procurement: Lead high-value procurement projects, crafting and implementing effective strategies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Apply your expertise in NEC4, Public Contract Regulations, and the Construction Playbook to ensure adherence.
- Public Sector Engagement: Demonstrate proficiency when collaborating with esteemed public sector clients, understanding their unique needs.
- Supplier Management: Foster strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring service quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate procurement risks, safeguarding the organisation's interests.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage procurement budgets, optimising resource allocation.
Requirements:
- MCIPS, MICE, or MRICS credentials.
- Proven track record in procurement or commercial roles with a focus on:
- NEC4 Professional Services Contract
- Public Contract Regulations
- The Construction Playbook
- Public Sector experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, adjusting to changing priorities.
- A strategic mindset to drive procurement success.
Additional Information:
