£431 /day LTD OR £500 /day UMB (in scope of IR35)

12 Months (scope to extend)

My client is a well-established Nationwide transportation company whose professionalism and well-respected name, have been instrumental in their success. They provide an exceptional service to their customers and are focused on continually improving this.

The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience within Programme Management and has Asset Management/Renewals experience within the Rail industry

The Role Will Involve

• Working closely with colleagues who are planning and tracking progress of the Programme
• Ensuring that actions are progressed and highlighting areas where insufficient information is likely to cause a problem.
• Pro-actively identifying likely problems which may hinder delivery and suggesting solutions
• Ensure that the Programme risk register is updated on a regular basis and that the information captured is up to date and can be reported on in an efficient manner.
• Design and creation of highlight: checkpoint reports for Programme and Steering Boards (e.g., Programme dashboards, minutes, and presentation slides).
• Management of the product management and risk management processes.
• Ensure that there is robust adherence to PPM processes including planning; risk management; dependency management and change control.
• Management of the change control procedure.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous Programme Management Experience within the Rail industry
• Asset Management Experience
• Working exposure to renewals projects
• Excellent communication skills
