Programme and Performance Manager

Location - Harrow

Salary - £35000 - £40000 pa

Responsibilities

• Manage the filing system including scanning and coding of site documentation and archiving.
• Maintain and accurately update information in the electronic document management system.
• Receiving works orders from client system
• Liaising with Supervisors daily/weekly to programme and plan works
• Ensure works are permitted in accordance with standard procedure
• Import New Orders into Symology system
• Managing the Contract works programme
• Liaising with Client, and attending meetings where applicable
• Ensuring client system is updated and maintained as per client requirements
• Manage/Coordinate the Contract Performance Report
• Update and Report on the Contract Site waste management
• Ensuring Contract systems are updated and maintained on a regular basis with the appropriate operational data, e.g. resource allocation planned start and finish dates, actual start and finish dates
• Symology Management and applicable updates
• Line Management of the Contract Coordinators.
• Achievement of zero harm. Compliance with policies and procedures. Report any incidents. Effective site coordination.
• Achievement of production targets. Financial returns in-line with targets
• Works delivered in accordance with programme and commercial forecast
• Production and submission of the Monthly KPI Performance Report, Health and Safety Report, and Quarterly Social Value Report.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• IT Literate Word Excel, Project and PowerPoint
• Proven Project/Contract Coordination experience
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Ability to be proactive and to use initiative
• Excellent communication skills - both written and oral at all levels
• Exposure to high-paced environment
• Secondary School Education (e.g. A-Levels or equivalent)
