About the role / project:
The team you will be joining is a mix of new to NR and those that have been with us a while. We are a friendly bunch, learning from new ways of working and all with a shared vision. There is huge opportunity to grow your CV exponentially by taking forward related project work that sits a variety of teams and areas in London and working with other Commercial Estate regions. As the role will involve regular travel throughout London, we'll also be looking for a flexible approach to your work.
What you will do:
It is a role that requires someone from a commercial property management background and with experience if possible of a Qube/Horizon (as the property management system). The workload is intense. Anyone needs to come from a similarly intense background - each PM has about 800 live tenant accounts.
You will have detailed knowledge and practical and proven skills in:
Service charge management and reconciliations
Debt/arrears management
Lease management and related compliance
Health and safety management
Setting and tracking budgets
Setting up service charges on new estates
Scoping and managing minor construction works to time and cost constraints
Operating within set procedures
Creating new processes
Sharing best practice
Your experience will include:
You'll be educated at least to 'A' level or equivalent, be qualified as MRICS (or close to this), with a recent background of property management in a commercial property environment. You'll have high quality skills in data recording, management and interpretation, being an experienced user of MS Office packages (including Word and Excel).
