Location: Newquay, Cornwall
Duration: 12 months
Rate: £300 - £350/day inside IR35

Our client is an industry leading tier one contractor in rail who has recently been awarded major enhancement works across Cornwall. As a result of this, they require a Site Manager to join their team and manage on site activities for the civils package throughout the project.

This role will suit a Site Manager with a proven background in civils within a rail environment, including troughing, signal boxes, REB and DNO boxes, and all ancillary civils.

To be considered for this role, you must have flexibility to work days or nights.

Local labour is preferred for this position, however my client is open to paying digs.

Requirements:

• Proven Site Management experience within a rail environment
• Previous experience in minor civils such as troughing, UTX's, signal boxes etc.
• Must have valid PTS and SMSTS or SSSTS
