Rail Systems Interface Manager - MENA

EWI are supporting an international Engineering company who are currently seeking a highly experienced Interface Manager to join their team and contribute to the success of a major rail project in the MENA region.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the coordination of interfaces within the rail systems for the project.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Implement and manage rail systems interface processes and procedures.
• Provide technical expertise in rail systems, particularly in metro projects, to ensure seamless integration.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and engineering teams to identify and address interface challenges.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks related to rail systems interfaces.
• Conduct regular interface meetings and prepare detailed reports for project stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in rail project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in metro projects, with a focus on interface management.
• Regional experience in the MENA region is highly preferred.
• Experience in driverless metro projects is a significant advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

Salary:

Circa 9,000 EUR net per month + full expat package
