My industry leading client, is currently recruiting for an experienced Risk Manager to work on the most prestigious rail project in the North East.
As a Risk Manager you will provide specialist project risk management services to the project team, including schedule and cost quantitative risk analysis, risk identification and review workshops, maintenance of risk registers and risk reporting. Ensure appropriate information is provided to allow programme risk and assurance activities.
You will also mentor and support senior project management in the concept of risk management and more junior members of the risk team in technical risk delivery.
Candidate Requirements:
- Expert in all aspects of project risk management with a high level of knowledge about project cost, commercial and planning.
- Expert in building complex schedule and cost risk models in a number of applications.
- Relevant experience in the successful delivery of major projects of work in the UK infrastructure sector including specific rail industry knowledge.
- Able to coach and challenge management and non-specialists.
- Capable of managing, coaching and supporting more junior members of the team, where applicable.
