Site Manager – Power Networks
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
Location: Sheffield - Site Based

As part of your day to day role, you are responsible for the following;
- Promote and demonstrate a culture of Health, Safety & Quality at all time as well as manage project related Health & Safety. This will involve delivering toolbox talks to all site staff on a weekly basis and performing site audits on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Manage the planned programme of work through engagement with third Parties, site staff and Project Managers, highlighting and resolving potential issues.
- Perform site inductions of all operatives, visitors and third parties that come to site and keep accurate records of site attendance and ensure visitor signing/out up to date and correct.
- Record and check all operatives' competencies and ensure only the correct authorised and competent operatives are preforming tasks assigned to them.
- Ensure all RAMS have been issued, read, signed and understood.
- Maintain a non-confrontational and supportive relationship with the client.
- Support the client in the reporting, investigation & closure of accident & incident reporting by providing interface with internal support functions as required.
- Carry out audits as required on both site activities and third-party suppliers – and ensure any non-conformances are raised, recorded, and mitigated.
- Ensure all off site works in the Public Highway are carried out in a safe manor and comply with NRSWA and NJUG Specifications.
- Ensure all works are carried out to DNO and IDNO specifications, to ensure audits are successfully passed and final connections can take place.
- Undertake final quality audits of all installation works.
- Ensure all activities undertaken by yourself, and the installation teams meet the correct company procedures, policies, and documentation.

Essential
- Experience of working in a commercial environment
- IOSH, NEBOSH, SMSTS or equivalent
- Proven experience at delivering an excellent level of customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills and highly organised
- Accurate, methodical and articulate
- Good communication skills
- High level of IT skills including word, excel, outlook and other operating systems
- Driving licence
Desirable
- EV installations experience
- Emergency First Aid at Work certificate
- Civils experience
