Rail Site Manager

Location:

Barrhead, Glasgow

Salary / Benefits:

£45,000 - £55,000 +package

Company Information:

Working for a main contractor within the Rail & Construction industry, on railway building and civils proects (station buildings, depot refurbs etc)

Seeking candidates with:

- Have experience in producing CPP,WPP & TBS for projects.
- Producing and familiar with ITPs for projects.
- Familiar with the current NWR standards.
- Familiar with the engineering roles and responsibilities on the design / construction on NWR projects.
- TWS (Temporary works supervisor)/ TWC experience preferable.
- Producing programmes for their projects.
- Project forecasting / budgeting.
- Variation / change control experience preferable.
- Preferably with a civil engineer qualification

Although not essential it would also be advantageous if you have;

- SMSTS, COSS
- CRE experience

Role Information;

- Manage Project & Site Files.
- Order all resources - plant, materials, tools, PPE etc.
- Ensure adequate labour resource for, and suitable supervision of, works at all times.
- Ensure TBTs , Briefings and alerts are carried out to all site operatives
- Ensure all necessary site, reporting or SHEQ documentation is produced and returned to the office
- Attend internal and client meetings where required.
- Undertake site surveys on current and future projects and record all relevant information.
