Site Manager in United Kingdom
A major contractor within the construction industry is offering an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to join their team in the South West of England.
The contractor operates within private sectors. They have an exciting portfolio of work with projects ranging from £3 - 100 million. Having successfully delivered a number of highly strategic, high-value projects across the past couple of years they have new premises and are very much a business on the up.
They are a market leader in the public and private sector and develop complex and challenging projects across the country. working within the pre-construction team you will be part of an energetic and self-motivated environment working on a major £80 million education project.
Requirements
* Main contractor background - Essential
* Stable track record of successfully delivering high value projects as No1 or No2 on site.
* Stable employment history, showing that projects and contracts have been well seen out.
* Resourceful, self-sufficient and self-motivated.
* Experience in liaising with clients.
Qualifications
* Educated to a high standard in a relevant subject (Degree or HNC).
* CSCS
* SMSTS
* First Aid
