Job Title:
Site Manager, also interested in Site Engineers
Location:
Glasgow, commutable from East Kilbride, Paisley, and Barrhead.
Salary / Benefits:
£35,000 - £44,000

Company Information:
Working for a main contractor within the Rail & Construction industry, on railway building and civils proects (station buildings, depot refurbs etc)
To be suitable for the position you must have;
- Rail Projects Experience
- PTS, Emergency First Aid
- A good knowledge of listed buildings permits and licence applications processes
Although not essential it would also be advantageous if you have;
- SMSTS, COSS
Role Information;
- Manage Project & Site Files.
- Order all resources - plant, materials, tools, PPE etc.
- Ensure adequate labour resource for, and suitable supervision of, works at all times.
- Ensure TBTs , Briefings and alerts are carried out to all site operatives
- Ensure all necessary site, reporting or SHEQ documentation is produced and returned to the office
- Attend internal and client meetings where required.
- Undertake site surveys on current and future projects and record all relevant information.
