Site Manager
Location: Northumberland
Contract: 6 Months with possible extension (29/11/24)
Rate : GBP £280 - £300 / day UMB
IR35 Determination: Inside
Our major rail client is looking for a Site Manager to join their team covering a range of civil and rail projects. They will be responsible for maintaining the site, support the principle contract manager and construction manager in ensuring CDM 2015 regulations are met. As the site manager you will also be the main senior point on site.
Vehicle and fuel will be provided to the site manager for business needs and site activities.
Experience
- Must hold PTS & SWL / COSS Competence
- Hold SSTS and have knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations
- Good Understanding of Network Rail 019 rules and regulations
- Valid UK driving licence
- Strong knowledge of Adjacent Line Openings (ALO) requirements and processes
Key Accountabilities and objectives
- To provide support to the Principle contractor and construction manager ensuring CDM regulations are met throughout the full lifecycle of projects
- Oversee Site Noise monitoring in relation to Section 61 requirements
- Ensure Site inductions are carried out when required
- Conduct ALO Co-Ordinator duties on site
- Ensure all Plant, tools and equipment used for works are maintained, certified and safe prior for works.
