We are currently looking to recruit a Site Manager in Grafenwohr, Germany.

About you:
You have a degree in civil engineering (f/m/d) or architect (f/m/d) or comparable training
You have practical experience as a site manager (f/m/d), ideally you have experience in turnkey building construction
You have relevant knowledge of construction contract law (VOB and BGB) and of occupational safety and environmental regulations
You have user knowledge in a construction-specific IT application, ideally iTWO
You are characterized by an independent and structured way of working
Analytical thinking, a high level of commitment and entrepreneurial thinking and acting complete your profile
You enjoy building and working in a team

Responsibilities for a Site Manager:
You are responsible for independently managing the construction projects assigned to you and for managing the construction site team
You are responsible for planning and controlling a needs-based and efficient use of personnel and materials in compliance with the relevant regulations
As part of your job, you will be responsible for instructing, monitoring and assessing our subcontractors and suppliers
You achieve the calculated construction site result
The monitoring of occupational safety and environmental regulations round off your area of responsibility
