Site Manager

Location: Kent and Sussex & inner London

Contract: 6 Months with possible extension

Rate : GBP £400 / day

IR35 Determination: Inside

Our major rail client is looking for a Site Manager to join their team covering the Kent and Sussex routes including some in inner London. They will be responsible for maintaining the site, and deliver a series of upgrades from replaced platforms, footbridges, lighting, electrical and mechanical parts.

Vehicle, company mobile and laptop will be provided to the site manager for business needs and site activities only.

Experience

• Must hold PTS
• Hold SSTS and have knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations
• Good Understanding of Network Rail 019 rules and regulations
• Valid UK driving licence

Key Accountabilities and objectives

• To provide support and work to the contractor to and construction manager.
• health and safety in a public safety environment knowledge
• Ensure Site inductions are carried out when required
• Ensure all Plant, tools and equipment used for works are maintained, certified and safe prior for works.
