SUSTAINABILITY SPECIALIST (BUILT INFRASTRUCTURE) - LONDON - PERMANENT - £39,250 - £56,465


ARM are working with a large major built infrastructure client and we are looking for a Sustainability Specialist to join the team in London.


About You:
Ideally you will be an experience BREEAM / CEEQUAL Assessor, however we will consider sustainability or environment or carbon experts with experience within built infrastructure or construction from a technical point of view.



What you will be doing:
The position will be help assessments within BREEAM and working with contractors to ensure that they understand the assessment process, as BREEAM is a fundamental need for the building and infrastructure being built by the company, as well as other environmental objectives. For those without BREEAM experience, this training will be provided to you, so you are able to understand the requirements and help others to do this also.



This position is based in London and working using the Hybrid model, with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. We can consider candidates for the Birmingham office also.


What you can expect in return:
Salary for London is between £39,250 and £56,465 and is dependent on experience and suitability. We will be able to provide the Birmingham salary upon application. On top of the salary is an excellent benefits package that includes generous holiday and pension, as well as private healthcare.
