Balfour Beatty Vinci has an exciting opportunity for a Testing and Commissioning Manager to join our team to work in Coleshill, Birmingham.

Role Purpose:

To ensure that all interface issues are effectively processed hence ensuring that project aims achieved and those risks due to interfaces are controlled. Manage the development, preparation, execution and reporting of all projects specific interface management activities.

What you'll be doing

• To prepare, implement and maintain the BBV Testing, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance Plan, on a risk-based approach comprising operation and maintenance documents, as-built records, schedule of assets, manuals, and other information for the purposes of testing, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and takeover of the works.
• Manage the preparation of Commission ability reviews to identify potential design issues
• Coordination with subcontractors/suppliers to prepare Method Statements for T&C
• Schedule of all Testing & Commissioning activities (M&E and special systems)
• Ensure tests are carried out as per Method Statement to Clients satisfaction
• Daily Coordination with M&E teams, subcontractors, Client representatives
• To organise and to attend project coordination meetings
• Monitor, support, audit and improve the application of the technical & commissioning management processes.
• Establish and report against performance KPIs. Analysing their results and reporting causes of failure to project management.

Who we're looking for

• Relevant experience in the management of Testing and Commissioning on major projects
• Knowledge in testing, installation, and commission
• ISO 9001 Audit Experience
