P6 Planner required for long term projects in Midlands.

I am recruiting for P6 Planners to work on a contract basis on a major programme of rail works in the Midlands, the P6 Planner will be working on complex programmes with detailed reporting and project controls.

Other specific responsibilities include:
Creation and maintenance of details P6 schedules and progress updates
Monitoring and reporting programme
Support and contribute to both risk and value, and change control
Attend preparation and review meetings
Work in compliance with Network Rail standards and requirements

To be considered for this position you must be a Programme Planner with very good working knowledge of Primavera P6. You must also be capable of cost loading and resource loading within P6. Ideally you will have experience working on UK rail projects and major infrastructure works.

This is a long term opportunity to work in a real growth area of the infrastructure sector, rates for this role are in the region of £300 to £320 per day.
