You will have the opportunity to put your Microsoft Excel and Primavera P6 skills to the test on a daily basis, managing data input of works for a fast-paced Rail project in the North West of England. The branch you will be working for is part of a FTSE 250 group with overall revenues of over £3Billion.

This Rail specific team are currently looking after a programme of works that involves over 250 small work items that need tracking through a Planner. The P6 plan is then delivered to the client as way of an update to ensure work is on time etc.

Whilst this is not the most technically challenging role with regards to Primavera, it will be highly challenging in terms of managing a programme of works that changes on a daily basis meaning you will be constantly amending Excel to reflect what is happening out on site. It really would be an excellent start on your planning career with full support at hand where required.

This role would suit someone that is looking for their first Planning position or someone that has site experience and wants to get into the office side of Rail projects.
