We have a long-term contract role (initial 6 months) for a Planning Assistant for a major rail client, based in Central Plymouth.
Duties will include assisting in planning for rail delivery unit with regards to rail access and possessions. This includes record keeping, track access applications, utilising planning software and MS Office, plus other relevant duties.
Successful candidate will have some experience of planning in an infrastructure environment, rail would be a bonus, but would consider construction, oil & gas, utilities etc. Good communication and organisation skills, good teamwork skills and excellent time management skills are a must.
This role is public sector and has been determined inside IR35 for Limited Company contractors.
