We have a unique opportunity for experienced rail workers with good knowledge of operational rail maintenance projects and strong administration skills for some weekend opportunities.
Working for a major rail organisation, You will be reporting on rail track projects in real time, contacting key supervisors, and logging start finish times of critical works on a reporting spreadsheet, escalating any issues as required and sending over completed reports at end of shift.
The work is shift based, potentially in 8 or 12 hour blocks from Friday night through to early Monday AM. This is based in their Central London offices but may evolve to a home based role.
Successful candidate will have valid PTS, with valid COSS and ideally ES, plus strong MS Excel skills, excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to report key site events in real time in clear, concise, professional language. All shifts will be monitored to ensure fatigue requirements are being met.
