TXM Recruit have an exiciting opportunity for a Senior Space Strategy & Planning Manager on an initial 9 month FTC.

Role Overview:
Youll be part of a Commercial team that drives profitability across everything from retail, property and surface access, through to passenger services and engaging with airlines. 


Role Responsibilities:

• Acting as the guardian of all space at the airport, ultimately determining ownership and usage of all space over the H7 regulatory period ensuring that space enables the delivery of our business plan.
• Establishing a service-led approach to space management, including being the visible front door for all space inquiries from the entire business managing a space governance process that captures future demand, transparently determines space allocation, and identifies ownership/ accountability for all space at the airport.
• Growing and maintaining relationships with senior space owners, understanding their current and future needs including having difficult conversations about opportunities for space consolidation and creative/collaborative conversations to solve space requirements within existing footprints.
• Supporting the delivery of new Geographic Information System software to enable effective space management and insights.
• Contributing to the long-term redevelopment strategy for the Heathrow estate identifying opportunities for capital investment to grow/improve spaces, being a significant contributor to the development of business cases and ensuring they are consistent with our masterplan.

Role Requirements:

• Excellent stakeholder management adept at managing conflicting interests and/or difficult conversations.
• Outstanding written and oral communication including demonstrable examples of presenting to and/or influencing senior stakeholders.
• Great data analytics skills including an ability to distil data into clear evidence points that underpin strategies.
• Determination and tact to drive through change.
• Previous management responsibilities.
• Knowledge of space management or passenger flows.
